Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management tool, which will give you full authority over your email mailboxes and newsletters. With this user-friendly GUI, you can create a new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward email messages from one email mailbox to another, set up email filters, create autoresponders and guard your e-mailboxes against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your mail accounts against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome electronic mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtering your incoming messages on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and select the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mails from one email account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Simply specify the email mailbox you would like to redirect mails from, then select the destination email mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your preference to access your email accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you would like to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
